1Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ikfc platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other digital channel — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ikfc as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to cease using the ikfc platform immediately.

Ikfc reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version of the applicable terms.

2User Eligibility

To use the ikfc platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and while using the platform.
• Be located in a jurisdiction that permits the use of online gaming platforms.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently listed on any gaming platform's self-exclusion registry or any relevant authority's prohibition list.
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not using a VPN, proxy, or any software that conceals your actual location to circumvent applicable geo-restrictions.

Ikfc reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Should a user fail to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe, the account may be temporarily suspended or permanently closed until compliance is met.

Ikfc is not liable for any legal consequences arising from users accessing the platform from regions that restrict or prohibit online gaming activities. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws.

3Account Registration & Management

Each user is only permitted to register and maintain one (1) active account only on the ikfc platform. Multiple account registrations by the same user — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

When registering, you are required to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete personal information as required by the registration form.
• Maintain and update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current.
• Keep your account password confidential and do not share your login credentials with any other party.
• Notify ikfc immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. ikfc shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account by a third party, unless it is proven that such access occurred due to negligence on the part of ikfc.

Identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) is mandatory for all users before the first withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be requested include a national ID, utility bill or bank statement for address verification, and proof of the payment method used.

4Deposits and Payment Methods

Ikfc accepts deposits via a range of secure and recognised payment methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) with no hidden currency conversion fees.

Deposit-related terms you need to know:

• Deposits are credited to your ikfc account instantly upon confirmation of payment received from the payment service provider.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to limits set by ikfc and may vary depending on the selected payment method.
• All deposited funds must be used for legitimate gaming activity on the ikfc platform.
• Deposits made using third-party cards or accounts are strictly prohibited. The payment method must be registered under the same user's name.
• Ikfc is not responsible for any deposit delays caused by third-party disruptions such as banks or e-wallet providers.

5Winning Withdrawals

Users may withdraw funds from their ikfc account subject to the following conditions:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be fully completed before your first withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the ikfc account holder.

The outcome of all games is final once completed. In the event of a technical disruption during a game that prevents the result from being determined, ikfc reserves the right to void the round and return the bet amount to the user's account.

Users are not permitted to:

• Copying, redistributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any platform content without written permission from ikfc.
• Using the ikfc brand name, logo, or trademarks for any commercial or personal purpose without authorization.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to obtain the source code of any software used on the ikfc platform.

Permitted use of platform content is limited to personal, non-commercial viewing for the sole purpose of using ikfc services.

11Liability Limits and Disclaimer

The ikfc platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform runs smoothly at all times, ikfc makes no warranties, express or implied, that:

Ikfc reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice if:

• The user has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Ikfc suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• The user has provided false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• User account has been inactive for a period exceeding the limit set by the platform.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal proceedings are initiated.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law, that provision will be deemed limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, while the remainder of these Terms & Conditions will remain in full force and effect.
